Neighborhood Block Party

After the air show on the 4th, we came back for our neighborhood 4th of July party. Since we moved in to our home, any neighbor you meet is sure to tell you about the 4th get-together. We were sure to be the most hated neighbors on the block if we didn't attend!! :) There's a guy down the street that we refer to as "The Cool Dad" - he has a go-cart that he takes his kids on rides with and then one day this last winter, we saw him with ropes attached to the back of their van pulling the kids down the street on sleds. Anyways, last night he had the go-cart out and he and Mark decided to try something a bit different...
